Status
The full refund policy is being prepared and will be published before live payments are enabled.
Until payments are connected, ReModa does not process real card payments, seller payouts or automatic refunds.
What this policy will cover
The final policy will explain buyer refund requests, seller responsibilities, cancelled orders, returned items, partial refunds, full refunds and ReModa commission reversals.
